Stock Availability

Orders & Payment

Placing an Order

When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us.

Order Cancellations

• Orders cancelled before dispatch incur a £5.00 processing fee.
• Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Returns Policy once you have received your order.

Fraudulent Orders

We actively monitor orders for signs of fraud. If we suspect a fraudulent transaction, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify the appropriate authorities. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from our refusal to process a suspected fraudulent order.

Delivery & Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders within 24–48 business hours of order placement, Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM – 5:00 PM GMT, excluding UK bank holidays.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, including customs processing, carrier delays, or adverse weather conditions. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.

Returns & Refunds

• Returns must be requested within 14 working days of delivery.
• Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
• Approved refunds are issued as store credit only.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• International orders are not eligible for returns.
